Based in: Shanghai



MT Program Background:

The 1-year program is specially designed for all 2017 university graduates.

Focus on the different roles in his/her own Functional Business .

One on One Mentor, mentor, coaching and evaluating to help you grow.

Various Training program both on professional skill and functional skill.

Provide opportunity to participate in critical projects and work as a project team.

Career development opportunities will be provided based on the performance and potential .



Job Description:

Champion the 360 digitization of the Brand.

Document and implement Best Practice workflow for Marketing Campaigns/Programs to stipulate integration of digital KPIs from planning to execution and evaluation, under guidance of Marketing Communication Director.

Document and implement Best Practice workflow for Brand Ambassadors/Private Client Directors to ensure digital tools and KPIs are optimized and effectly tracked/reported under guidance of Brand Director.

Produce the model for Best Practice retail O2O proximity marketing for Boutique in Beijing.

Implement a dynamic system for Brand team to upload activation updates for weekly team meetings and monthly Executive Reports, under guidance of key managers.

Co-produce one creative social media project (6 weeks); one innovative CRM project ; one inventive E-commerce project (6 weeks) for Best Practice benchmarking.


Remy Martin

Job Description:

Implement A&P daily work accurately and punctually;

Frequent communication with sales, finance and supporting team managers

Support BM to do brand campaigns (such as global campaign, limited edition launch and etc) including ATL&BTL&digital planning, execution and tracking with both internal (sales, procurement, finance) and external (agecny, partner)

Support Trade Marketing team for sales figures analysis and promotion/activity preparation

Plan, execute, and coordinate with parties of off-trade promotion, tasting&dinner, sponsorship activities independently. Smoothly communicate with brand teams, sales, agencies, and central team. Manage and report A&P and project review.

Understand market and business, and generate new idea for activation

 

Liqueurs & Spirits Business


Based in: Shanghai

Job Description:

Marketing:

Work with the brand manager for the execution of the marketing activities

Work with external agency to develop the digital content for Cointreau

POSM management

On-line delivery of A&P tracking reports

Sales:

Work together with the sales manager in Shanghai to drive distribution for key brands

Attend business negotiation and regular client visit

Build rapport with key trade people

On-time delivery of the regular sales reports

Education:

Work with Brand Ambassador to develop the training programs for the trade people and tasting programs for the high end consumers

Assist the execution/ event set up for the education programs

On-time delivery of the activity reports


 

E-Commerce


Based in: Shanghai

Job Description:

Assist account managers with external coordination (from Orders to Sales)

Communicate with other departments (Sales Admin.) and feedback to account managers.

Prepare Monthly Sales Forecasts and provide monthly analysis on Gaps vs Actual & previous Sales Fcsts with support of account managers

Follow-up with Selling Costs and A&P ; Prepare ROI analysis for major CBD with support of Account managers

Collect and prepare Market Survey and Monthly reports (including competition)

Maintain customer relationships (phase 2 after one successful year)
