Owtware is looking for client development engineers, who will create client application code, prototypes, and shared components that help us deliver agile, easy-to-use and professional client interfaces for mobile devices. You will work closely with designers and the system development team and have direct input to shape creative client user experiences for mobile platforms. This is also a unique opportunity to come in early to have owner-level impact to shape the future client user experience of Owtware. Qualification & Requirements: ? At least 3-5 years of experience as a front end engineer, application developer, UI developer or similar role. ? 2 years of Android or iOS platform commercial development experience. ? API experience with HTTP, REST and JSON. ? Strong OO design and programming skills in Objective-C or Java. ? Knowledge of C is a plus. Quality driven. Good knowledge with mobile application testing skills. ? Excellent debugging and optimization skills. ? Good English listening and speaking ability. ? Good communication skills. ? | 职位描述 | System Development Engineer: Owtware system development team is looking for top engineers for developing cloud platform products. You will have the opportunity to have a major impact on Owtware's cloud products. You will have the opportunity to write device drivers, extend hypervisor systems, define new algorithms, and create new network protocols to help us create our next generation software-defined information technology platform. This Job will require critical thinking, logical analysis, and mastery of computer science fundamentals. You will need to work independently, be able to handle pressure, and be willing to take responsibility for difficult programming tasks. You will work cooperatively with other teams in Owtware to develop new functions and improve system performance. Owtware's primary development platform is on the Linux operating system. We also develop components for other platforms such as Windows, Mac OS X, Linux ARM, iOS, Android and more. We develop primarily using the C , PHP and Javascript programming languages. We believe that mastery of core computer science principles, algorithms, and practices is the cornerstone of great software and successful products and the most important part of a developer's experience and value. The most important traits for successful applicants is a passion for technology, an ability to learn new technology, independent thinking, an insatiable curiosity for how things work, and a strong desire to achieve results. Qualification & Requirements: A strong software development background with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms. Mastery of computer science principles, algorithms, and best practices. Mastery of OO design and proficiency with C/C , Java, and/or C#. Strong design and architecture ability. Familiar with writing programs for Windows and Linux operating systems. Excellent optimization, performance, and debugging skills. Mastery of advanced programming concepts such as multi-threading, eventing, concurrency, synchronization, and asynchronous messaging. Knowledge of scripting languages (bash, python, perl, etc.) is a plus. A deep understanding of network configuration, environments, and protocols and how to leverage them. Ability to apply high-level concepts such as model-driven development, data transformation, search indexing, and big-data analytics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent judgment; self-directed, proactive; willing to tackle big problems; able to generate trust and build alliances with co-workers. | ||||||||||
