职位描述 - 编程思维讲师及课程研发

1.任职要求
   a. 教育背景
      全日制硕士学历
      计算机软件编程或教育等相关专业
   b. 语言能力
      英语流利（大学六级/雅思七分或同等水平），可双语教学
   c. 工作经验
专业技能
1~2年实际教学经验，小学教学经验优先
有计算机、数学或美术设计教学背景为佳
精通Python语言
海外留学/工作经验优先
熟练使用办公室计算机软件
通用技能
热爱少儿教育事业
很强的亲和力和耐心
良好的抗压能力
创造性思维和想象力

2. 主要职责
负责编程类课程的授课及研发工作
负责培训全职/教师团队编程相关课程
配合其他部门完成有关编程类课程的推广等相关工作

Job Description - Computational Thinking Lecturer

1. Qualification & Requirements
  a. Education Background
    Master degree, major in Computer Science or Education
  b. Language Skill
    Can Bilingual teaching with excellent English skill (CET-6 or IELTS 7)
  c. Working Experience 
Professional skills
1~2 years hands on tutoring experience, primary school background in Computer or Artistic Design is highly advantage
Preferably experience in Computer / Mathmatics / Design background
Versed in Python
Overseas background is plus
Proficiency in the use of office technology (i.e. computers, word processing, database, spreadsheet programs and power point)

General skills
High passion in Juvenile Education
Easy-going and patient

High dependability, team player, feels at ease in fast-paced
Being creative and able to think outside the box

2. Main Responsibilities
Tutoring and developing programming class
Training full time / part time tutors
