Fosun actively seek to recruit talented students into our 2-month summer internship program based in Shanghai/Beijing/ Hong Kong, aiming at identifying and developing the future leaders for the Group. The unique program provides broad exposure to our various investment sectors globally e.g Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, Real Estate, TMT etc., offering unparalleled deal experience.
You have chance to get the full time offer from Fosun Group when you graduate from universities. Candidates should be or have:
- scheduled to graduate in 2018
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in investment related fields. Experiences in Private Equity, venture capital, equity research, investments banking etc. are highly preferred.
- Well-organized self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects
- Strong capability in working in a small team
- Strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both verbally and in written form.
- Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Complete fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Fluency in Portuguese, Russian, Japanese or Korean is a plus.
