RESPONSIBILITIES: Under management of Shanghai Finance Manager and General Manager. Ensures welcome in the Shanghai office, receive and record mails, and provides administrative support to the office employees. The successful applicant will assist line manager to handle a part of accounting issues, including: - Invoice validation process - Accounting voucher organization and Filing - Other ad hoc assignments when necessary KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS - College degree or last year of College. - Language skill: Chinese as mother language, basic English reading and writing skill. - Computer skill : Ms Office package. - Stable, responsible and hard working, Capable of handling details, Good learning ability, good communication and team mind.
