Position Summary:
The legal intern will be expected to assist the Commercial Contract Manager to manage the commercial contracts arising from our expanding business in China. This will cover a broad range of legal documents including charter contracts and sales representative agreements we have with travel agencies and any other contracts. Major responsibilities will include document management, inserting commercial terms into contract templates, contract drafting and signing status checking, legal research, etc.
Basic Requirements:
- 2nd or 3rd year student obtaining LLM or JM or 4th year undergraduate student from a top Chinese law school; - A high level of English proficiency; - Diligent, self-motivated and team player; - Previous internship experience in a law firm or a multinational company preferable. |

Position Summary: The Marketing Intern will provide the support to the Central Marketing team in China. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team on daily basis. 2. Get constant connection to Image Library & Marketing toolbox website to download all latest marketing assets, upload China work piece. 3. Manage marketing assets in public folders as well as in the office space and warehouse 4. Raise PO and manage contracts with all vendors. 5. Manage production house to ensure the production and delivery of marketing materials 6. Performs other duties as assigned.
