Key responsibilities:
- Place the Purchasing Orders for Indirect Purchasing in SAP system, and ensure all the transactions align with company defined policies and procedures;
- Confirm with suppliers on the PO acknowledgement;
- Follow up with suppliers on the PO delivery time;
- Communicate with suppliers when there is the quality problems are raised, and coordinate with internal stakeholder until the problems solved;
- Follow up Good Receipt on Purchase Order with aging date over 60 days for 9 Les;
- Close Open PO of indirect purchasing monthly;
- Coordinate on the suppliers’ invoice or payment related problems with Interface Team when it is raised;
- Create Sales Order for Wasting Handling for 5 converting Factory, and follow up both SAP billing and legal invoice issuing according to defined schedule;
- Prepare KPI reports monthly;
- Support other site activities.
Job Requirement:
- Master degree or above preferably in Supply Chain or Purchasing related
- Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
- Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and dedicated in problem solving
- Good communication skills with local authorities
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Committed and being able to work hard under pressure
- Being patient and with good team work spirit
