Job Description
-Monitoring worldwide network (LAN/WAN/Internet...) service (AP, EMEA, NA, LA)
-Network ticket handling via SMT tool (ticket handling system)
-1st and 2nd level network incident troubleshooting
-Global ACLs management- Global NOS support
-Regular communication with regional network dept., and external telecom vendors
-2-shifts work
Qualifications
-University education, bachelor degree in EE
-Intership&practical experiences in IT
-Experienced in Cisco networking technology, CCNA required, CCNP preferred
-ITIL v3 foundation trained is preferred
-Good willingness to take tasks, good in communication, team-working and collaboration, customer orientation
-Fluent in English (spoken, written, comprehension), German is preferred
