零售管理培训生

 Main Responsibilities / Job Description 主要工作职责：
? Understand daily store operation through store attachment; ;
通过零售店铺工作，更好的理解零售门店营运；
? Learn basic knowledge of operation related functions during rotation;
通过轮岗学习，学习与了解营运相关职能部门的运作；
? Obtain basic store management skill through a comprehensive and systematic training, practices and assessments;
经过全面且系统的零售店铺各层级的培训，岗位实践及考核，掌握基础店铺管理能力；
? Assist routine operations management including but not limited to target setting, data analysis, performance review and etc;
协助日常营运管理工作，包括但不仅限于指标设定，数据分析，和绩效考核等；

Requirements 任职资格:
? Graduates with full time bachelor degree and above, overseas education background, major in luxury management, marketing, management or finance is preferred;
全日制本科及以上应届毕业生，海外教育背景，奢侈品管理、市场营销管理或金融专业者优先；
? Retail related internship or experience is preferred;
有相关零售实习或工作经验者优先；
? Have good fashion sense, passion and energy for fast-fashion retail;
对时尚有敏锐触觉，对零售工作充满激情；
? High integrity, commitment, and customer service awareness;
诚实守信，有责任心，和以客户为中心的服务意识；
? Excellent analytical skill, logical thinking and communication skill;
良好的分析，逻辑思维和沟通能力；
? A good team player with interpersonal skill;
极具团队合作精神和人际关系协调能力；
? Good command of English and Mandarin.
优秀的中英文表达能力。
