Key responsibilities:

·        Manage all aspects of the recruitment process to maintain individual & team targets

·        Demonstrate expertise as a recruiting expert and in-depth relevant industry knowledge

·        Identify business opportunities and maintain lasting relationship with potential & existing corporate clients

·        Effectively maintain the candidate pool with suitable high-calibre talents

·        Ensure high standards of services are delivered to clients and candidates and adhere to the company’s methodology and policy

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful, you’ll be passionate about developing your career in sales environment, keen to achieve your ambition within a high-performing team, thrive under pressure and respond well to targets. Your excellent communication & interpersonal skills will enable you represent our industry leading recruitment services.

Key requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        Strong influencing and sales ability

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – assertive, credible and confident

·        Ability to work towards targets in a fast paced and competitive environment

·        1 to 2 years of work experience related to sales in professional services industry is preferred

(Students who are matriculated into a fulltime academic programme may also apply to this role for an internship placement.)
