阿克苏诺贝尔工业化学品业务是欧洲最大的真空制盐商和全球领先的氯、苛性碱、一氯乙酸(MCA)供应商。我们生产的熔融态及片状的高纯度MCA以及MCA水溶液、乙醇溶液和甲醇溶液都在全球市场处于领先地位。工业化学品的总办事处位于上海，生产基地位于泰兴。阿克苏诺贝尔氯乙酸化工(泰兴)有限公司也是中国最大的优质氯乙酸供应商之一，为全球客户提供了优质片状氯乙酸和氯乙酸水溶液。目前，泰兴工厂的员工数量约为70余人。

工作描述

1. Adequate safetyleadership through active application of the Stop Principle and engaging inconstructive (safety) dialogue with peers and employees on the shop floor andstrict compliance.

2. Lead AssetIntegrity program in site, Ensure relevant laws, regulations and company’s HSESstandard are being followed.

3. Be the technicalstrategist that advise the Asset manager:

a) Establishappropriate preventive maintenance and inspection plans that satisfy regulatoryand business needs and stays abreast of changes in AkzoNobel and statutoryrequirements.

b) Ensure thatrequired systems, processes, action tracking and progress overviews areavailable to monitor and govern adherence to the preventive inspection andmaintenance plans.

c) Develop theconcept of a maintenance plan for the site to ensure reliability andavailability of process equipment and site infrastructure.

4. Perform root causeanalysis by FMEA, RCM, PdM technologies, develop preventative maintenance plansand utilize predictive maintenance techniques to advise on appropriatemaintenance planning.

5. Make active useand calls in detailed specialist knowledge where relevant from his peermaintenance engineer specialists in the Engineering discipline group or viathird party functional advisers.

6. Supportengineering projects at the site to ensure compliance with asset integrityguidelines, as a key stakeholder for the project team.

7.Provide input and data to support new business cases based on processmodifications and/or modifications of existing operation.

Functionalexcellence

1. Move towardsgaining functional excellence in local codes/standards, total productivemaintenance, manufacturing support, problem solving, project management.

2. Execute applicableAkzoNobel policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, working methods andsystems.

3.Be able to use functional knowledge to drive equipment uptime while drivingdown maintenance cost.

Continuousimprovement

1.Identify opportunities and make suggestions for improvement in maintenanceprocesses, identifying and eliminating bad actors.

2. Closely follow the execution of the maintenance planfor the assigned unit and liaises with the maintenance engineer to continuouslyimprove the maintenance concept to further improve reliability of processequipment and site infrastructure.

3. Be responsible forcompliance with AkzoNobel standardized work processes and best practices onmaintenance, projects and engineering.

Relation Management

1. Build and maintain a Maintenance network.

2. Participate and lead the development of an engineeringcommunity in the region to stay abreast of local requirements and regulations.

3. Participate in andexecutes value improving practices (peer reviews, value engineering) andknowledge management (sharing, maintaining, updating information and bestpractices.

1. Master degree, chemical machinerygraduate from a reputed institute.

2. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skill.

3. Good command of both spoken andwritten English and Mandarin.

4. Good analytical and logical thinking.

5. Open-minded and proactive workingattitude.
