工作描述：
客户设计服务支持：配合市场部，指导客户进行瓷砖表面图案设计和产品研发，并提供解决方案；
用专业知识协助客户开发新产品，有效引导客户，提供服务的附加值。
根据市场需要，筹备新产品样砖，满足客户设计开发需求。
引导行业流行趋势：定期走访素材市场，汲取原始素材效果的灵感，并结合市场流行趋势，设计新方案；
参加国内外展会，分析市场流行趋势，确保公司设计的领先地位；
参与公司新产品研发，瓷砖表面特殊效果的开发工作。
职业发展机会：
