ADM WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients (WFSI) is a global Leading supplier of Juice &
Beverage compound, flavors, colors and Nutrion & Health ingredients in Food & Beverage as
well as Foodservice market. In meeting with the fast business expansion requirement in China,
we are looking for someone dedicated into sensory marketing, serving as significant marketing
technical function to support our long term profitable growth.
? Overall Function:
The Sensory Marketing trainee is one of the WFSI marketing team in China. The position is going
to conduct both internal and external sensory and consumer insight testing. His/her work is a
primary connection between sales & marketing and technical & application.
? Optimization of sensory lab
? Organize, conduct sensory and consumer test
? Support marketing research as well as technical, and application work
? Job Requirements:
? Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in food science/sensory/engineer/marketing or related.
Master is preferred.
? Experience with sensory test, panel leader and consumer test is preferred.
? Effective written and oral communication skills, written and spoken in English and Mandarin
? Interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment
? With professional ethics and integrity, enthusiastic, good team work spirit
