Such as documents filling, scan, mail out and data comparison etc.  协助操作和管理订单. 诸如文件的整理归档, 扫描, 邮寄和数据比对等. * Assist to track customer order status and follow up the invoice sending and remind team for customer FCA at due date.  协助跟踪客户订单情况, 跟踪发票寄送及到期日时提醒团队验收进度. * Assist to Customer Events and filling customer database  协助举办各种商务活动和整理客户数据. * Administration for sales team including stationary , filling and itinerary management etc.  销售部门行政事务; 包括文具, 文件归档和行程的管理等 * Responsible for Sales Managers travelling report.  协助部门经理完成出差报告 * Act as back up for other Sales Admins  必要时, 增援其他商务助理 Requirements: * Courageous and curious - as will involved to dealing with complicated orders.     勇敢和强烈的求知欲 - 能够适应各种复杂的订单 * Organized , with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.     有条理, 能够合理安排时间, 分清轻重缓急 * Proficient in Microsoft Office     熟练的Microsoft Office使用技能 * Excellent in English     熟练的英语表达 * Fast learner, willing to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.     学习能力强, 愿意在压力下按时完成工作 * Open-mind , flexible, detail oriented, responsible     开明, 灵活, 细心并且有责任心 * Self-motivated with good communication skills.     主动且有良好的沟通技巧
