公司官网:ww***com[点击查看] 福利:五险一金 补充医疗保险 通讯补贴 年终奖金 定期体检 职能类别:销售行政专员/助理 职能类别:客服专员/助理 5月底公司将搬迁至古北路1699号 10号线宋园路 9号线桂林路（班车10分钟） Main Responsibilities: - Representing customer interface and order fulfillment function toward internal and external customers - Order management activities within the company’s organization including orders official/forecast, order processing, order fulfillment tracing till to final delivery; ensure all documentation and order processing to be arranged timely and accurately - Order recording and filling system, order statistic and reporting of high-quality (Sales report, Hit rate report, Open payment report, etc.) - Resolving with the customer contractual issues - SAP operation & monitoring the whole SAP processing - Reporting order status and forecasts - Coordinate with planning team for order forecasting/safety stock setup management - Coordinate with warehousing team for on-time and accurate delivery - Coordinate with logistics specialization team for smooth customs clearance - Any other task delegated by the line manager accountabilities Skills / Knowledge and Ability: Import /Export knowledge - Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and mature - Soft skills - Professional knowledge about order fulfillment management experience - Knowledge of SAP - Good at MS office
