KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)

总体职责

• Works on shift. Perform all tasks that assigned to you in      accordance with established job procedures, standard operating procedures,      manuals, etc in the area of main building, utilities, tank farm A/C and/or      filling station.

       上轮班。根据已建立的工作程序、标准操作规程和操作手册完成所指派的位于主厂房、公用工程、甲类/丙类罐区、及/或包装工段的任务。

• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in your respective      work place.

    在各自的工作场所保持良好的整洁和清洁标准。

• Work closely with teammates to ensure team objectives are being      met.

    与同事协作以确保团队目标的完成。

• Instruct and train operators.

       指导和培训现场作业员。

Operation Discipline操作纪律

• Follow established EHSS, operating, quality procedures and HR      policies.

    遵守已有的安全程序、操作规程、质量程序和人事政策。

Training:培训

• Master all respective working procedures with instruction from shift      leader and engineers.

    在工程师和轮班主管的指导下掌握所有的相关的工作程序。

• Eager to learn and keep Self-studying.

  渴望学习并不断自学。

EHSS安全健康环保

• Understand and strictly follow safety instruction for all      specific jobs.

    理解和严格遵守所有相关工作的安全指导。

• Act proper active action during emergency case.

    在紧急情况下采取正确的措施/行动。

• Willing to be involved in safety promotion activities.

    愿意参与安全促进活动。

日常工作

• Perform a proper shift turnover about his/her responsible.

    正确的完成岗位交接班;

• Supervise on site the whole process building, tank farms, filling      station and utilities so as to make sure whole plant runs smoothly. Operate      the manual equipments like filter press etc.

    监控主厂房、槽罐区、包装区的各装置及公用工程运行平稳。现场操作各手动设备如压滤机等。

• Observe abnormalities carefully and collect first-hand      information and report to shift supervisor if necessary.

    仔细观察异常现象并收集第一手资料，然后尽快向主管汇报。。

• Maintain good 5S standards for all his responsible area.

    保持相关区域良好的5S 标准;

• Co-ordinate between field activities and control room

    协调现场作业与控制室的协作。

• Make clear, right and real time production records.

    清晰、正确和实时地做好生产纪录。

• Perform work permit.

    执行工作许可证。

• When have free time, support others who may need help.

    有空闲时间时，支持其他需要帮助的人。

• Provide on-job-training for new operators, technicians and      field operators so that they can obtain technician’s skill.

    对新的作业员、技术员和现场作业员进行在岗培训，使他们有机会掌握技术员的技能。

• Share experience with others。

    和其他人分享你的经验。

• Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned to field operator by      shift supervisor.

       轮班主管可能安排的其他杂活;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

• Equal or above vocational/high school. Minimum 5 years working experience in a chemical plant if majored in non-chemical subject. Minimum internship experience in chemical plant if certified in chemical vocational school.  Note: internal recruitment will not be restricted by above requirements.

      技校/高中及以上学历。无化工专业背景的需至少5年化工厂工作经验。化工技校学历的至少有化工厂实习经验。

• Good safety knowledge and awareness.

      良好的安全知识和安全意识。

• Familiar with basic chemical reactions/process. Familiar with common chemical industrial equipments.

      熟悉基本化学反应和化工工艺。熟悉常见的化工设备。

• Know basic automatic process control theory. Familiar with DCS (Distributed Control System).

     了解基本的工艺自动控制原理。熟悉DCS系统。

• Willing to work on shift and keep energetic for shift work.

     愿意轮班工作并保持精力充沛。

• need pass government authority training and get certification for dangerous process production.

  需要参加政府相关部门关于危险工艺操作的培训并取得证书。

• need attend government authority training and get certification for some special work, eg, pressure vessel operation, elevator operation.., based on job requirements.

         根据工作需要， 需要参加政府相关部门的培训并取得证书，如压力容器操作，电梯操作等。

• Able to use Windows, Words and Excel.

      会使用Windows, Words 和 Excel.

• Clear and effective oral communication skill.

      清晰有效的沟通技巧。

• Ability of predicting /detect production abnormalities.

      预测/侦测生产异常情况的能力。

• Willing to permeate into the team so as to create a coordinative, learning and active working atmosphere.
