The Job:

· To be responsible for processing nature assignments

· To achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers' needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100% compliance

· To ensure all data entered into system timely and accurately

The Qualifications:

· University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent

· CET-4 or above, can use English as working language

· Excellent communication and PC skills

· Able to undertake stress

Location: Qingdao (Huangdao District)
