We are looking for a Project Manager, attached to the New Product Development Department to oversee the industrialization of our customers' current products and new, mainly in electronics.

项目经理岗位：

Main responsibilities :

Manage new project quotations
Lead the project team through the key steps of the project
Supervise the project accomplishment ensuring quality, lead-time, cost and customer satisfaction objectives are completely met
Ensure efficient communication with customer and report regularly the project achievement progress
Ensure that all the customer requirements and specifications had been clearly defined, reviewed and validated with customer before the launch of the development
Supervise the manufacturing process development (Assembly line layout and tooling, PCBA programing bench, electronic functional test)
Lead the finished product assembly trial run to verify finished product conformity and manufacturing process efficiency
Analyze samples and follow up corrective action plan with the project team
Analyze, control, evaluate and manage risks over the life cycle of the product

Profile :

Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years’ experience in industrial project management, product development in SMEs
Experience in China strongly appreciated
Fluent in French/English & Chinese (minimum HSK 3)
Leadership, strong communication skills, proactivity and reactivity to solve problems are major for this position
