一、公司简介

    御家汇股份有限公司是一家依托互联网创立，并逐步发展起来，以自主品牌为核心的“互联网 护肤品”企业。
    2015年，公司全资子公司湖南御泥坊化妆品有限公司入选“湖南省2015年第一批移动互联网重点企业”。2016年，公司全资子公司湖南御家化妆品制造有限公司被认定为“高新技术企业 ”。2013年，深圳市创新投资集团投资御家汇；2014年，香港顺为资本投资御家汇，雷军本人亲自出任御家汇董事。2016年，前海股权投资基金投资御家汇。
    公司拥有御泥坊、小迷糊、花瑶花、师夷家、薇风等多个护肤品品牌。办公总部设于长沙市高新区芯城科技园，现有员工近1000人，平均年龄27岁。
    秉承“让人类享受肌肤之美”的企业使命，公司重视科技人才培养和配方研发能力提升，分别在长沙、上海成立研发中心，拥有50人的产品研发团队。公司自主研发的多个护肤品配方技术及产品外观设计，获得国家专利30项；同时公司开发的多个电商系统获得国家软件著作权，其中自主研发的销售管理信息系统，具备日处理单量100万的大数据处理能力。
    御家汇与天猫商城、淘宝网、唯品会、聚美优品、京东商城、苏宁易购、蘑菇街、楚楚街、小红书等国内外多家主流网上商城建立了深度合作关系，并在全国线下覆盖网点超过5000个。

With the roots deeply set in the internet, Yujiahui Co., Ltd. has strategically groomed several cosmetics-related brands and progressively developed into an “Internet Plus Skincare Products” company.
Furthermore, Unifon and Yujia Cosmetics Manufacturing, which are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Yujiahui, were recognized as the first “Hunan Mobile Internet Key Enterprise” and the “High-Tech Enterprise” in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
During the rapid growth cycle, Yujiahui has undergone three rounds of financing. In 2013, the first round of financing was jointly executed by Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. The company thrived with the seed fund. In 2014, Shunwei Capital Fund (Hong Kong) financed Yujiahui while Lei Jun (Chairman, CEO and Founder of Xiaomi Inc.) joined the Broad of Yujiahui. More recently in 2016, Qianhai Equity Fund LLP supported the company through the 3rd round of financing.
Currently, Yujiahui has multiple renowned skincare brands, such as Unifon, Xiaomihu, Huayaohua, Shiyijia and Wellfon. Headquartered in the Xincheng Technology Park of Changsha National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, the company currently employs nearly 1,000 people with an average age of 27.
Upholding the company mission “For the People in Charge of Beauty”, Yujiahui substantially focuses on skincare R&D capability development and personnel training. The company has established R&D centers in Changsha and Shanghai with a strong R&D team of 50 people, armed with 30 national patents in skincare formula technologies and package design. In the meantime, the company has developed a number of in-house e-commerce systems, which have been granted with national software copyrights. For instance, the SMIS (Sales and Management Information System) has a processing power of one million orders per day.
Yujiahui not only has profoundly collaborated with numerous major domestic and overseas online shopping malls, including but not limited to TMall, Taobao, VIPShop, Jumei, JD, Suning, Mogujie, Chuchujie and Xiaohongshu, but also possessed a strong presence in more than 5,000 retail stores nationwide.
