Responsibilities:
l Support regional functional controllers in the Planning phase, gather functional cost related information from all LE's for all functions (FF, FP, IT, CC, CL, HR) and support in the planning process.
l Gather the structural adjustments related information for all functions. Prepare the upload templates and align with global owner for correctness of data. Upload the approved adjustments and keep track record of all uploaded structural adjustments
l Create NFCR standard reports to ease functional cost steering for all functions.
l Support regional functional controllers with the creation of PowerPoint presentations for various topics (Quarter closing, KP analysis, Attract, etc…)
