RESPONSIBILITIES
. Analyzing financial and operating information related to
corporations and industries.
. Developing presentation materials.
. Polishing English presentation and pitchbooks.
. Participating actively in the execution of Private Placements and
M&A transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
. University or MBA student with outstanding academic records.
. Financial or business related major is preferred.
. Native English speaker, and fluent in Mandarin, both verbal and
written.
. Team player with strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
. Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and work
under pressure.
. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
