Can direct the technical work of other engineers and technicians. ? Provide mechanical design and development of new products or product enhancements in the automotive equipment industry. ? Perform in a team environment with engineers from other disciplines and nationalities. ? Prepare thorough and accurate documentation for release to manufacturing and for internal product design records. Maintain an engineering notebook to document work activity in support of company’s patent goals. ? Test and validate products to assure product performance and quality. ? Work with manufacturing and service personnel to resolve problems and improve manufacturability and serviceability of products. ? Design for manufacturability. ? Work with manufacturing engineering on value engineering initiatives to reduce product cost and/or improve performance of designs. ? Develop an understanding of the company’s products and their applications. ? Assign and review the work of others. Technical Quali？cations: ? Bachelor on Mechanical Design.Master is preferred. ? Up to date design and development of large assemblies with moving / rotating components, wear components, weldments and hydraulic / electrical devices. ? Capable of performing stress analysis and other related calculations to support designs. ? Basic understanding of complementary technical disciplines, particularly electronics. ? Able to work with others and with minimal supervision with different cultures ? Demonstrate good problem solving and analytical skills for mechanical systems. ? Must be proficient in the use of the computer for design and testing. ProE CAD experience is preferred. ? Identification of environment Aspect and prevent pollution. ? Other EHS and 6S issue.
