Job Summary:

Reporting tothe Head of Project Management (PM),the main purpose of this role is to provide support tothe Department in the daily operation ensuring the achievement of groupobjectives.

MainResponsibilities:

1.      Assist the head of PM in the daily operation and facilitate themulti-tasking process by prioritizing them.

2.      Assist on all documentations (meeting minutes, tender documents, contracts,emails, internal SOP…) of the Department ensuring all messages are beingprofessionally and punctually presented.

3.      Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superiors.

Key Skills and Experience:

1.      Proficient in English, reading, writing, listening and speaking;

2.      Ability to communicate effectively and professionally;

3.       Organizational skills including the ability toprioritize and multi-task;

4.       Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPointand Outlook;

5.       Customer Service skills, including the ability toremain flexible and calm in pressure or changing situations.
