Assistant Project Manager Legal & Investment (m/f)
(Location: Beijing)
Your tasks / responsibilities:
Supporting activities for our legal team in ongoing projects in the following fields:
- Counseling and assistance of German companies in China ? Foundation and liquidation of companies ? Law and legal consultancy in general (contract drafts, expert opinion report etc.)
- Support of long-term clients
- Processing of external enquiries
- Internal legal assistance ? reply to legal questions of other departments ? coordination of the implementation of events in the legal field ? contract review for other departments
Your profil:
- Completed university studies with a degree in law achieved in China
- Good knowledge of the Chinese contract, company and labor law
- Relevant work experience in the field of FDI and project management
- Mothertongue Chinese
- Good command of German or English (spoken and written)
- Customer and service orientation
