Job Description：
> Assist department manager to administrate the equipments, tooling, moulds, grinding wheels
> Assist for doing the annual maintenance plan. Establish the monthly maintenance plan and responsible for the supervision
> Responsible for regular checking and supervision for all device, moulds which are in using. Statistics, records and documentation for them
> Assign the daily maintenance task to the maintenance team, check up and statistics for it. Responsible for the technology instruction for the mechanical job
> Statistics for the equipment  in good condition and downtime rate put forward the corresponding actions for the outstanding problems
> Responsible for mapping, drawing and entrusted outsourcing process for the mechanical easy-consuming parts. Responsible for all administration of all process for the producing, dispatching and collecting of the grinding wheels
> Responsible for the training, guide and appraisals for the mechanical employees
> Continuous development for equipments, tooling and moulds
> Responsible for the purchase for the spare parts
> Responsible for the forever administrate for the equipments

Job Requirement：
> Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering or other related
> Good command of both oral and written English
