公司官网:ww***com[点击查看] 专业1:人力资源管理 专业2:行政管理 福利:周末双休 节日福利 交通补贴 通讯补贴 专业培训 职能类别:行政专员/助理 职能类别:人事助理 人事方面： 1.负责部分招聘相关工作，招聘信息的发布、简历筛选、安排面试、候选人接待、面试反馈跟踪； 2.负责公司内部员工档案的建立与管理 3.负责员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理，员工入职离职办理等。 4.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。 行政方面： 1、与行政配合保证日常办公所需。 2、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达。 3、负责公司各部门的行政后勤类相关工作。 4、负责部门一些日常行政事务，配合上级做好行政方面的工作。 5、负责制定、监督及执行企业管理规章制度、行政人事管理制度以及工作流程制度。 6、负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括公司庆典、年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等。 7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。 任职要求： 1、在校实习生，工作时间自由。大专以上学历，人力资源、行政、文秘、工商管理及企业管理相关专业者优先； 2、沟通能力较强，踏实稳重，有耐心，责任心强，积极主动，有较强应变能力，学历能力强、执行能力强，不浮躁、做事认真，关注细节。； 3、熟悉日常电脑操作使用，熟练操作办公软件，精通WORD和EXCEL； 4、此职位只招收18年毕业并且实习时间在4个月以上的同学。 工作时间+福利待遇标准： 工作时间：周一至周五早九晚六，周末双休， 福利：生日会+节日福利+团建活动 薪资：2000-3000
