JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for successful completion of the sales management trainee training program and meet requirements of account manager.
JOB ASSIGNMENT
Make sales plan with mentor for the assigned accounts and territory
Make daily sales call to assigned accounts
Develop prospect list for sales opportunities
Analyze, identify, and create customer needs for RA products and leverage RA resources to meet customer needs
Qualify, follow through, and close the qualified sales opportunities coached by mentor for assigned accounts
Maintain relationships and satisfaction with assigned customers
Work with market access partners during the keep, find, and close process
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
0-5 years of working experience, good skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
Basic understanding of industrial automation and information products (specifically Motion Control, Drive System, MES / Information System, Component Industry Control, Services & Solutions, etc.).
Entry level in Industry Knowledge, partner development, End-user/OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of EU/SI or OEM customers)
Drive results, manage stressful environments with professionalism
Good relationship skills (Customer Focus/Motivator)
LANGUAGE SKILL
Good English language proficiency in both written and spoken English
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or Master degree in Science and Engineering related discipline preferred, including but not limited to: Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Theory, Computer Science, etc.
