职位描述:
1.配合战略大客户经理,针对战略医院执行“金牌客户服务计划”
2.对私立医院集团销售团队的售前、售中及售后提供全方位的技术支持
3.协助战略大客户经理,维护好战略医院的关系,特别是与手术室的关系
4.对医院销售团队及其举办的市场活动提供全面的技术支持,包括卫星会讲课、现场操作演示等等
1. Work with SKAM team to systemically run“ the Golden Medal Customer Service Program”
2.Provide overall technical supports for private hospital, including pre-sales, in- sales and after-sales
3.Help SKAMs to maintain relationship of key hospitals ,especially the relationship with the Operation Room
4.Provide overall technical supports to Stryker Events, including Satellite lectures, live demonstration etc.
职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历,临床或生物医学工程等相关专业优先
2.英语听说能力写俱佳
3.有创新及服务意识
4.可以适应一定频率的出差
1.Bachelor degree or above, clinical or Biomedical Engineering relevant major a plus.
2.Be proficient in English
3.Innovative, good service sense
4.Can afford a certain frequency travel
