岗位概要Job Summary:
- 达到业务计划中的销售和利润目标;
Achieve sales and profit objectives of Business Plan;
- 承担商业事务责任,项目的跟进以及技术协调;
Take responsibility for commercial affairs, projects follow up and technical coordination;

岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 协调公司和客户间联系,理解客户期望及需求,维护良好的客户关系;
Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship;
- 达到业务计划中的销售及利润目标;
Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his / her project(s);
- 新项目的获取,包括定点;
Acquisition support for new projects incl. localization;
- 跟进及监管新产品及新项目安排;
Follow up and supervise new product and new project management;
- 商业,工程变更需求以及交付问题的协商;
Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc;
- 确认客户预测和每月订单;
Check customer forecast and confirm correct monthly order;
- 协调与支持售后服务,处理索赔申请;
Coordination and support of after sales activities and deal with warranty claim compensation;
- 安排与协调客户拜访和客户审核;
Prepare and coodinate customer visit, customer audit;
- 收集竞争者信息;
Collect information of competitor and customer, e.g. current & future platforms;
- 完成主管布置的额外任务;
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor;
