岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
- 解决超声波传感器在研发，匹配，测试和生产过程中的问题 （对于超声波传感系统理解较深和经验较广）；
  Problem solving of Ultrasonic sensor (deep understanding and wide experience of ultrasonic sensing system) in development, application, testing and production process;
- 定义和管理平台硬件要求，工程规格，产品定义……PMA系统包括ECU和超声波传感器；
  Define and manage platform hardware requirements, engineering specification, product definition…PMA system includes ECU and Ultrasonic sensor;
- 电子控制单元的细节平台硬件设计和客户项目设计（泊车辅助系统）……包括模拟和数字设备；
  Detail platform HW Design and customer project design for Electronics Control Unit (Parking Aid System) …including Analog and Digital devices;
- 基于客户要求和平台模块，运用Zuken和Pspice进行细节图解模块设计；
  Detail schematic module design based on customer requirement and platform module with Zuken and Pspice;
- 创建PCB布局准则，与ECAD/MCAD合作，投入PCB布局和机械设计，并与EMC团队进行回顾审查；
  Create PCB layout guildline and cooperate with ECAD/MCAD and input for PCB Layout and Mechanical Design and review with EMC team;
- 定义并实施Prototype/Sample，并制作模块测试计划加以证实；
  Define & implement Prototype/Sample and make a module test plan to verify it;
- 模块设计最差案例的统计和建档；
  Module design worst case calculation and documentation;
- 发展平台electrical/EMC以及环境测试计划，设计/建立测试箱和夹具，执行测试；
  Develop Platform electrical/EMC and environmental test plan. Design/Build testing box and fixtures. Perform tests;
- 调试PCBA，诊断并证实Electronics HW；
  Debug PCBA, diagnose and verify Electronics HW;
- 研究新的低成本设计以达到成本目标和质量目标；
  Study on new low cost design to achieve cost and quality target;
- 在产品开发和实施过程中，支持生产线；
  Support manufacturing site on production process development and implementation;
- 运用SAP工具操作工程变动；
  Handle engineering changes with SAP tool;
- 技术支持和问题解决；
  Technical Support and Problem Solving;
- 与欧洲研发团队合作开发平台。
  Coorperate with Europe R&D team on platform development.

岗位要求Job Requirements:
- 本科及以上电子工程及相关专业；
  4-year Bachelor or above in Electronics or relevant;
- 具有良好的电子线路方法和应用技巧；
  Good Theory and application skills of electronics circuit;
- 精通电路设计（Transistor, uC, power supply, memory, sensor interface, CAN, LIN, K-Line, etc.）；
  Proficiency Circuit design (Transistor, uC, power supply, memory, sensor interface, CAN, LIN, K-Line, etc.);
- 精通电路设计工具，首选Zuken；
  Proficiency in circuit design tools, Zuken is preferred;
- 熟知车辆诊断协议（UDS14229, KWP2000）；
  Good knowledge on vehicle disagnostic protocol (UDS14229, KWP2000);
- 熟悉PCB填充过程；
  Familiar with PCB populating process;
- 较强的分析和问题解决能力；
  Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- 熟悉COEM/GOEM的电子要求；
  Familiar with COEM/GOEM electronics requirements;
- 熟悉EMC指导和测试建立；
  Familiar with EMC guildline and testing set up;
- 具有运用Transistors进行验证设计的经验；
  Related experience in proven design with Transistors;
- 熟悉uC design, power design；
  Familiar with uC design, power design;
- 英语听说读写流利；
  English written and verbal;
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
  Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit.
