工作职责
Main Responsibility

1. 负责焊接组件、冲压件、双金属片、银点、线圈等零部件制造过程的问题解决及质量提升；
To be responsible for the manufacture process of welding, bimetal, silver contact, coil parts including problem solving and quality improvement；

2. 策划和确定制造过程工艺流程（制作工艺文件、确定工艺参数、对生产线员工进行操作培训）；
To design and define process flow (edit process documents, define process parameters, training for operators)；

3. 挖掘工艺需求；识别过程风险；解决制造过程问题（焊接、铆接、冲压等），保证制造过程的稳定性；
To dig process requirement; to identify process risk; to solve the manufacture process issues(welding, riveting, stamping) and ensure the stability of assembly process；

4. 从制造角度监控新产品项目的进度、成本、质量；
Monitor the new product project in terms of progress, cost and quality level, from the manufacturing’s point of view；

5. 参与公司的OPEX和6 Sigma项目。
To play the active role in company OPEX and 6 Sigma projects.

工作要求 Requirement

1. 研究生学历,机械设计制造及自动化和相关专业（条件优秀的本科生可以考虑）；
Master degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacture and Automation and the related major.（Bachelor with excellent background is available）；

2. 愿意从事技术性工作，喜欢钻研技术问题，愿意在技术岗位积累经验并得到发展 ；
Be willing to research techniques,gather experience and get development in technique position；

3. 了解机械加工工艺：如焊接工艺、装配工艺、冲压工艺（银触点、双金属等）;并对质量工具有一定了解，如SPC,PFMEA,6Sigma,APQP,PPAP；
Be familiar with the manufacture process technology, such as the welding、assembly、stamping (silver contact、bimetal, etc.)；Good knowledge of quality tools(SPC,PFMEA,DOE,TPM,6sigma,APQP,PPAP)；

4. 能看懂机械图纸，会使用2维或3维制图软件，如AutoCAD，ProE等；
Understand mechanical drawing ,can use software like AutoCAD，ProE；

5. 会使用数据统计软件，如minitab，具备数据分析能力，并能够制作报告文件； Have ability of data analysis, using data statistics software like minitab , can make PPT；

6. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力，愿意承担责任；
Good communication ability and good team player, be willing to take responsibility；

7. 具备英语沟通能力，能够在日常工作中使用英语进行邮件往来及电话会议；会德语者优先 。
Can use English in daily work including mail and tele-conference; German is a plus.
