工作职责
Main Responsibility

1. Implements various test methods and standards to ensure the quality of XEC product - appratus and switchgear.
2. Works with other function people to improve existing test protocols and capability.
3. Collects, records,and evaluates quantitative metrics that provide descriptive data for the determiantion of compliance to requirements.
4. Promotes and supports the deployment of the XEC quality and operational excellence strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement.
5. Assists with the creation and implementation of , and ensures conformance with, instructions, guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.

工作要求 Requirement

1.Bachelor degree,major in Electrical Engineering and Automation, or electromechanical integration.
2.Good communication and team work, positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility and quality consciousness.
3.Flutent in English oral and speaking.
