Job description:

1.Support the development of small and large injection molding and instrumented tooling capability in our Shanghai Technology Center
2.Conduct injection molding-related application development and knowledge build in support of growth in various business units
3.Ensure safe and efficient operation of injection molding machines and related testing equipment
4.Provide injection molding training and demonstration to our market-facing teams and customers
5.Develop and maintain relationship with machine and tooling suppliers
6.Work with our global technology organization in US and Europe for molding support and development programs

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering with Polymer Science focus or Polymer Processing Engineering
2.Experience in polymer processing
3.Strong knowledge of injection molding or tooling technology or flow simulation and finite element analysis
4.Knowledge of polymer structure and morphology and polymer processing
5.Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
6.Able to work independently and as a team player
