Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the knowledge management and implementing project activities with high quality and efficiency to achieve Business Line target and providing satisfactory technical support to customers.

Job Responsibilities 

Project:

1.Managing (assigned as Project Manager) and / or implementing (assigned as Project Engineer) the project team to achieve and order sales & profit target;

2.Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project;

3.In certain projects assigned as project manager, responsible to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

4.Collaborate with other engineer or / and project manager as project engineer in project;

5.Following the efficiency-oriented, quality-based project procedure to achieve the productivity, order profit and overall sales target and error rate target;

6.Provide professional language and proper manner in communicating with Approval Authority;

Competence:

1.Develop and extend the personal competence and scope to achieve the net sales target;

2.Communicate with experts in other TUEV SUED IC company to assist to organize and manage the knowledge;

3.Experience organizing and sharing on business line’s knowledge management basis;

4.Follow the business line operational procedure;

Others:

1.Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
