Position Summary
This position is responsible for SAP activities; project documents record of customer service team and support other customer service activities, within Hardgoods Department.
Job Responsibilities
1.Entry customer order in system and ensure the data correct;
2.Maintain the customer and project database to ensure the record clear and correct;
3.Follow up project and communicate with customers directly about project schedule to enhance customer service satisfaction;
4.Provide timely feedback to supervisor or other related people about customer’s request or enquired;
5.Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to Senior Customer Service and resolve the issues promptly;
6.Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;
3.Good communication skill;
4.Willing to learn;
5.Good computer skill, such as MS office;
6.Good command of written and reading English.
