Responsibility Level:

Under general direction, maintains control over the scheduling, optimize the production planning to best use of the operation capacity to meet the sales demand and customer continuous requirement. To reach the targeted customer service level and with targeted inventory level. Operates independently within general procedural patterns with latitude for judgments on methods of implementation

Typical Duties:

1. Making production plan based on Sales requirements, optimize the shipping performance, plant inventory, and manufacture capacity. Ensure the on time shipping with full quantity as customer required, especially for OEM, reach 100% level.

2. Coordinate other Dept to solve the related problem during sales order completion. In event of failure to meet schedules, analyzes problems and submits recommendation to manager timely.

3. Maintains the suitable inventory level within company target, control the quality of inventory and slow moving inventory, including RDC warehouse.

4. Keep good communication with production and other dept. Monitor the act production status and update timely for daily schedules to meet shipping commitments and inventory requirements.

5. Support logistic freight control by optimize the sale order shipping quantity.

6. Need to full follow the company internal control compliance, and BOS system, TS16949 system etc.

7. Perform other duties as assigned and support goals of Business Plan.

8. Overtime is required to meet internal and external customer requirements.

Requirements:

¨ Bachelor degree or equivalent, with good understanding about supply chain management and lean production.

¨ At least 3 years relevant planning working experience in manufacturing plant.

¨ Ability in English and excellent computer skills.

¨ Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

¨ Knowledge of scheduling and inventory control systems, familiar with ERP system(QAD, SAP etc.)

¨ Good analytical ability and logical thinking.

¨ Independent operation under high pressure & challenge, with high accountability.

Working Conditions:

Position will be located in a plant environment.
