Responsibilities:

Working together with investment & business development team in real estate project sourcing, underwriting, performing due diligence and to close real estate transactions.

Financial / cash flow modeling on targeted properties/projects.

Run multiple scenarios and multiple projects concurrently.

Review and follow up the progress of due diligence progress and reports.
-
Ensure that documents are tracked and stored according to company policy.

Obtain all required management approvals for transactions, including preparation of investment committee reports and presentations.

Assist in efficient transferring of acquired properties to asset management team, and continue to provide required support for asset management and disposition.

Complete other task as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics and other related majors.

Familiar with real estate deal transaction processes.
-
Proficient analytical skills with investment and valuation concepts.

Self-motivated and willing to take challenges and pressure, outgoing personality and active social player.
-
Strong communication, coordination, presentation, people skills and good team player.
-
Proficient with both spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin
