Job Scope:

Responsible for Mechanical design in Body In White

为白车身自动化设备做机械设计

Key Duties:

·Review and understand Project specifications

查看并且理解项目的具体要求

·Communication with project team members, make mechanical design solution according to the proposed Concept

跟项目成员沟通，根据工艺方案确定机械设计方案

·Line-up Sub-Supplier/Vendors for technical specification

联系供应商了解外购件技术要求。

·Design for Layout

工艺布局设计

·3D/2D BOM Design for equipment

会设计和制定工装夹具的3D/2D和BOM表

·Prepare RFQ document for sub-supplier

准备分包商技术要求文档

·Communicate with customer for technical clarifying

跟客户沟通澄清技术问题

·Manage control supplier team for design and program commissioning on site

管理供应商进行设计以及现场调试

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor or Master degree

  硕士学历

• Mechanical engineering preferred

  机械相关专业

  Business/Technical Skills Preferred:

  ·Basic computer skills with experience using Micro-Soft Word, Excel,PPT,AutoCAD

  熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel,PPT,AutoCAD等办公软件；

  ·Technical writing ability

  有技术文档的写作能力

  ·Strong ability to communicate verbally and written

  良好的口头跟书面的沟通能力

  ·CATIA softare experience

  熟练使用CATIA软件
