Responsibilities:
1、Ensure design, maintenance, operation, electrical safety and regulation compliance   of GLOBALFOUNDRIES electrical and control distribution system with support from respective Facilities Operation Electrical engineers.
2、To provide guidance for all electrical system and control system engineers. Train and motivate them to achieve the desired departmental and section goals and objectives
3、Act as a communication channel to EMA, Power Grid Ltd and external LEW and liaise with EMA and Electricity Retailer on tariff matter.
4、To provide recommendation for system enhancement and ensure proper implementation of these enhancement through support of Facilities operation electrical /control engineer.
5、Ensure proper implementation of continuous improvement program, FMEA, QIT projects, ISO14001, BS8800, and QS9000 assigned activities
6、To review and approve required specification, operation procedure and work instruction including M&E and Environment related instrumentation calibration result.
7、To provide guidance and advice to team on monitoring, analyzing site power consumption and to forecast quarterly and yearly electricity consumption.
8、Work with internal, external customers, consultant and government agency pertaining to facility equipment operation and other FAB related issues and to participate in cross FAB assigned activities.
9、Any other specific tasks assign from time to time by section and/or department head.
10、Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
Education:
Master Degree, 电气工程及其自动化（Electrical engineering and automation）, 机械设计制造及其自动化（Mechanical Design manufacture and Automation ）and related majors.
