    Job Title:  Junior ERP Engineer

    Department: IT

    Report to: IT Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Record and monitor the request of the employees on the application system and provide the on time response and resolution. (50%)

    • Cooperate with vendors of application vendors to find the solution to close the incident or service request of application system. (10%)

    • Evaluate the business requirement of new procedures or new systems and propose the solution. (5%)

    • Sourcing and cooperate to find the vendor and solutions. (5%)

    • Create and deploy the solution in application system to fulfill the business requirement. (10%)

    • Create and maintain the report for business. (10%)

    • Create and management the system and operation manuals. (10%)

      Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in related major.

    • Knowledge in ERP theory and experience on ERP system implementation.

    • Work actively, patiently and details oriented.

    • Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.

    • Good command of spoken and written English.



    职位名称:设备开发工程师

    【岗位职责】

    • 与产品工程师合作,根据航空部件或者电路板的手册、原理图等相关资料,自行设计开发测试设备,协助生产部门对部件进行排故。

    • 建立并完善自制设备开发流程,包括项目可行性分析、预算管理、项目实施、文档编辑及管理、设备后续维护等流程。

    • 与产品工程师、车间技术员合作,进行板级修理。

    【任职资格】

    • 具有一定的分析、判断能力;      

    • 能独立开发、设计和调试产品,精通单片机的汇编及C编程,熟悉Keil等开发环境,熟练阅读英文资料;

    • 对数字电路、模拟电路有较强的认识,并且有实际熟练应用基础,具有创新和独立分析解决问题的能力;      

    • 熟练掌握ARM(STM32)、单片机系统开发;

    • 熟练使用PCB layout、auto CAD、办公软件;

    • 精通SPI、I2C、UART、JTAG等硬件接口协议和时序,能读懂电路原理图;

    • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神;

    • 有使用LabVIEW及Test stand搭建测试系统经验者优先。

    Job Title: Equipment Development Engineer

    Department: Aircraft Components Services-Engineering

    Report to: Engineering manager

    【Responsibilities】

    • Develop test equipment for the avionics components.

    • Develop test equipment development process for avionics components.

    • Create and revise technical documents per company requirements, such as the Test equipment design, operation instruction and maintenance instruction reference for production, etc.

    • Support product engineer to analysis the feasibility of the test equipment development.

    • Support production team from technical side of test equipment.

    【Qualifications】

    • Majored in computer or relative engineering field, Bachelor degree or above.

    • Familiar with development process of digit / analog circuit, single chip microprocessor, CPLD, FPGA, NI construct etc.

    • Good knowledge of C language and CVI, Independently fulfil the program develop and debug.

    • Familiar with the usage of the AUTO CAD and Altium Designer development software.

    • Basic written and verbal English skills.

    • Be familiar with MS Office.


    Job Title: Customer Service Support

    Department: COM-Fulfilment-Customer Service

    Report to: Customer Service Manager

    【Responsibilities】

    • To be contact person for an assigned customer group in the day-to-day business for component pooling products and services for “Aircraft Component Services“(incl. random AOG 24/7 support)

    • To supervise, to coordinate and to handle material requests from customers in LTS and LHT IT system environment

    • To coordinate and to supervise independently customer support between internal LHT and LTS departments such as Material Supply Units and Workshops

    • To take care of other tasks assigned by the team leader

    【Qualifications】

    • University degree or equivalent skills suitable for this position

    • Experience in aviation and MRO or Material Planning or Logistic is of advantageous

    • Proficient IT skills including PC applications. Experience with SAP and MS Share Point is desirable

    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Chinese (mother tongue) required; knowledge of German is advantageous

    • Organized approach to work

    • Ability to work under time/target pressure

    • A high level of commitment and self-confident appearance to the customer

    • Ability to work in teams as well as independently

    • Customer service oriented manner to keep customer satisfaction

    Department: BU COM fulfilment or Finance

    Report to: Leader of BU COM fulfilment

    Responsibilities

    ?  Handle basic process: such as release unit to repair, issue sales order and invoice

    ?  Support project work: such as edit training documentation or data analysis.
