Job Title:

NDO (Radio Network Design & Optimization) Big Data Developer

 

Job Objective:

Big Data Developer will be responsible for tool development to support Ericsson NDO service delivery in China market, including current 4G and the near future 5G network design/optimization. He/she, together with the development team, will development software to fulfill our customer or internal expert’s requirement by database, data minding, and artificial intelligence analysis.

He/she is expected to attend the whole software lifecycle: from requirement collection, algorithm study with NDO experts, prototypes, development planning, to coding, release and user training.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Work with radio network design/optimization expert to determine the requirements and algorithm.

• Planning and design software applications and prototypes.

• Coding implement and verification based on planning.

• Release software, and iterate based on the user’s feedback.

• User training

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

• Be familiar with software development skills on C/C++ and Java. C#/Python experience is a plus.

• Be familiar with C/S, B/S architecture, and large scale software development.

• Hand-on experience on database application development: design, optimization, troubleshooting, and database administration.

• Highly self-motivated and good communications skills on both Chinese and English

• Experience on data modeling, Hadoop cloudy computing, machine learning is a plus

• Domestic travel is expected
