Job Description：
> Improve costs and reduce waste
> Take charge of production improvement and support
> Lead or drive improvement programs to optimize/reduce necessary operators per production line
> Support activities in improving OEE, Productivity, Quality and other important KPIs of production according to Segment Manager direction
> Lead/ participate in daily production meeting to drive improvements together with operational level
> Fast response by production problem and problem solving on time with Jidoka team
> Supervise of production process and lean implementations to meet quality target and production target
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical
> Basic knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment
> Production flow experience and Product knowledge
> Good communication skills
> Good command of both oral and written English
