Job Description：
> Respond effective and timely to lines for production concerns
> Implant and realize process change and improvement, an action plan together with process engineer with time is necessary
> Checkup automation from serial production, to be understand the requirement/spec of existing process
> Process development of automation, including improved concepts, design of end arm tooling
> Manage documentation from external vendor to internal for automation
> Develop and maintain (spares and maintenance plan) of robot control system
> Provide ideas and technical support for the assembly line automation and lean improvement
> Priority must always be given to running production concerns and full support given when requested
> Good communication links are required between production, engineering, logistics and quality. This communication link is strengthened by ensuring the engineering availability at the morning walks
> Check to be made daily on current running production requirements
> Assist the Engineering Manager with the introduction of new products/processes when requested
> Evaluate existing processes/cycle times and aim to continuous improvement activities
> Assist production with changeovers if requested
> Provide training for team members on core skills as and when requested
> Analyze and solve tooling technological problems in production, development and implementation of measures to eliminate variations in the quality system
Job Requirement：
> Bachelor's degree or above, major in Molding or Mechanical
> Basic knowledge and experience in manufacturing environment
> Good experience for AutoCAD, 3D/2D and other Microsoft office tools
> Good communication skills
> Good command of both oral and written English
