职能类别:室内设计 Job Description 1. Perform interior design assignments using professional concepts and procedures 2. Participate in the entire design process to ensure design continuity structure specifications 3. Floor plan drawing, rendering, and conceptualizing for interior, exhibition and retail space design 4. Location inspecting and surveying for interior, exhibition and retail space design 5. Involve of selection and specification of all interior materials and finishes, furniture, lighting and artwork 6. Conduct space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting and color coordination 7. 3D rendering realization 8. Revise drawings and renderings 9. Finish work in time. Requirements 1. Proficient in interior design related software(Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,AutoCAD,3DMAX or Sketchup 2. Strong creativity and design capability 3. Flexible to resource materials/furniture 4. Able to do site inspection,surverying and supervision a project under senior designer guidance 5. Ability to manage multiple project and deadlines simultaneously;ensrue adequate utilization of time when booked in projects 6. Professional knowledge of design process and good eye for aesthetic design 7. Excellent presentation skills and communication skills 8. Ability to work independently and motivated to learn 9. 1-2 years of work experience in related fields 10. Bacherlor's degree or above,on Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Space Design or other related major 11. Bilingual ability (English and Chinese) preferred
