Position Title: [APPLIANCE] Quality Engineer
Location – City and Country: Qingdao, China

Primary Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures
 Verify the implemented effectiveness of new/updated quality policies in each department.
Execute training and facilitate training for new/updated quality procedures;
in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards.
Quality System Management
 Execute new QE training and new staff training on quality awareness.
Prepare and take part in management review
Follow up the effectiveness of all kinds quality corrective actions and improvement; Facilitate the status of the new project;
Involve and execute internal audit, supplier quality system audit; summarize the audit finding and corrective action plan report and provide technical suggestions and follow up the implementation of the corrective actions;
Involve and prepare the customer/3rd party quality system audits; Take part in nonconformance meeting and follow up the implementation of the corrective actions;
Make and revise WI; follow the training effect of the new/updated WI.
Fill in customer questionnaire form and assessment about quality system.
in order to continuous improve quality system, satisfy customer, complying with the Quality standards
Product Compliance (RoHS, REACH, etc.) Control
Facilitate product compliance management in incoming material and manufacturing process and update related WI.
Review customer questionnaire form and assessment format about RoHS
in order to ensure satisfy standard and customer

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Independent self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and apply resulting knowledge in a practical manner.
Positive attitude, initiative, creativity.
Analytical and problem solving abilities.
Stress free English communications additionally to local language (read/write/speak/listen).
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.

Educational Required/Desired:
Bachelor or above degree, preferred in the major of mechanical engineering related
