Specific responsibilities

• To learn on the job in the key areas of R&D Function for 24 months period.

• To Respond to internal and external customer enquiries and application-related issues.

• To introduce products & processes and R&D new solutions to current and potential customers.

• To be responsible to translate customer requirements into product specifications.

• To collect and deal with all the information needed for product formulation optimizing;

• To generate new ideas and innovations of products based on marketing strategy and management decision.

• To optimize the products technology and raw material cost reduction and alternative raw material to adapt to local availability;

• To monitor continuously the laboratory, pilot plant and plant activities and report monthly and quarterly to the manager on the activities and progress for the relevant projects and write the technology related documents;

  Education and experience

• PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials sciences or Engineering or science (Chemical, Chemical Machinery, Materials etc.)

• Knowledge of industries and markets.

• knowledge of products and/or applications.

• Know how on processing and design.

• Innovative.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.

  Technical Skills

• Chemical engineering, Chemical Machinery, Material sciences (polymer, chemistry related), industrial engineering, etc.

• Communication skills.
