Job Description:
Ensure EHS management system is effectively implemented. The tasks include but not limited to the following:
1. Conduct regular risk assessment to identify risks and work on the rectification.
2. Coordinate with all department to perform regular area inspections and follow up on the finding closure.
3. Conduct EHS awareness promotion activities and training to improve employee EHS awareness
4. Track EHS KPI status, take corrective actions if not meeting target.
5. Emergency response planning and regular drill.
6. Organize internal audit and follow up on finding closure status.
7. Prepare corporate audit and 3rd party audit.
8. Liaise with related authorities to ensure get timely legal update.
9. Work with related departments to ensure EHS rules are well implemented in shop floor.
10. Work with HQ Environment and safety department to ensure corporate requirements are met.
11. Work on continuous improvement to improve plant EHS performance.
12. Good communication with related internal and external customers to ensure smooth execution of tasks
13. Frequent communication with all departments on daily EHS topics
14. Frequent communication with Related government departments to ensure a good collaboration
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above with majored in safety engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical science or chemistry related.
2. Good English skill
3. Computer literate
