职能类别:汽车电子工程师 Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities ？ Familiar with automotive electronics product structure, process, performance and operation of testing equipment and bench ？ Capable using DMM, Arbitrary Signal Generator, DAQ, O-scope etc ？ Be able to understand and transform company, customer & international (automotive) specifications ？ Work with manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets ？ Voltage regulator and DC inverter Electronics design, coding and support for automotive related product ？ Entail gathering and confirming customer targets and specifications, defining, agreeing and directing tasks/projects to ensure all customer targets and objectives are met ？ Excellent inter-personal skills and able to communicate effectively with Chinese customers/ vendors/business partners/global colleagues ？ Creative problem solving and technical mastery ？ Enforce health, safety, security and emergency systems awareness. Employees should strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description ？ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor Requirements / Qualifications ？ Master degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering ？ Knowledgeable of IPM and Induction Motor control, or experience on design and development of automotive electric motor controller, inverter, DC-DC converter is preferred ？ Good communication skills and team player ？ Willing to learn to know new technologies ？ Analytical & problem-solving skills ？ Fluent English oral, write and read capability
