Dealer Service Analyst 个人信用分析师

Location: Shanghai

General Statement

This role will be responsible for the credit underwriting of all retail finance applications and general administration of all associated activities. 

 

Key Duties 

● Perform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit applications received, ensuring that they follow FAFC purchasing guidelines and policies while maintaining FAFC's published turnaround times (i.e. They are being actioned in an efficient and controlled environment)

● Prompt and courteous responses are provided to our customers and a strong, loyal and professional relation is established and maintained with all dealers and customer 

● Conduct and manage follow-ups for "held" deals and approved applications not yet taken up (NTUs) by the dealer/retail customer

● Assist in the preparation and update of Procedures and desktop manuals

● Working closely with other departments in FAFC and communicate any systems issues that occur in data in retail operations system

● Verify data in the retail operations system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure data quality and integrity

● Accurate and timely filing of all customer's related data is maintained and that the customers data and contracts are always handled in a secure manner

● Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business

 

Requirements

● Professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers and customers

● Strong communication skills and good team player; able to work under stress

● Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills

● Good organizational and administration skills

● Good written and verbal English language skills

Dealer Credit Analyst 经销商信用分析师

Location: Shanghai

General Summary

This position is to furnish staff support to Dealer Credit Supervisor and complete all the assignments related to dealer credit investigation and dealer credit underwriting processes.

 

Key Duties

● Prepare and maintain dealer profiles for dealerships

● Perform the analysis and monitoring of the dealer's financial and operation performance

● Prepare dealer credit packages for dealer acquisition reviews, annual reviews and interim reviews

● Present credit reports to management team and participate in PPC meeting as required

● Assist dealers on various requests, i.e. temporary line, outlet etc

● Collect dealer monthly financial reports and provide financial analysis on dealer's operation

● Complete high risk reports in event of the dealer being so designated

● Support yearly company procedure

● Support complicated management reports

● Assist supervisor in project related assignments

● Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business

 

 

 

Requirements

● University graduate with Finance & Accounting or Business major preferred.

● Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.

● Good English writing and presentation skill.

● Good communication skills.

● Good Microsoft Office skills.

● CFA, CPA or ACCA preferred

ADST Analyst 运营服务分析师

General Statement

As the specialist of assigned applications, ADST (Application Development Support Team) Analysts provide day-to-day supports to end users (both FAFC employees and dealer users) in terms of business process issues relating to the systems. 

 

Key Duties

● Following standard support process, provide day-to-day support to system-related issue, problem analysis, provide solutions or represent users to report the problems to application IT teams and work with IT teams to deliver solutions

● Work with business to identify opportunities of efficient and effective changes in business system to meet business requirements.

● Collect change requests from business on regular basis, align the requests within the company, and then raise change requests to responsible IT teams following standard process

● Represent location to attend IT Liaison meeting, keep track of the outstanding change requests raised from location and ensure they are tended

● Work with business and IT teams to finalize business specifications, to ensure IT teams fully understand the business requirement while business fully confirm the proposed change scope

● Conduct or take the lead role in business validation activities, provide training, roll out

● Ensure that all control change management steps are completed prior to implementation of any changes

● Work with CoE team and L&D team to ensure procedures and job-aids are updated to reflect correctly the system functionality

● Provide support to regular systems or server maintenance tasks in terms of business verification task after maintenance

● Develop knowledge transfer documents and ensure that they are maintained & current

● Work with other departments to help deliver new products or new processes

 

 

 

Requirements

● University graduate with Management Information System, Business Administration or Finance preferred

● Professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill with dealers and customers

● Strong communication skills, good team player and and ability to work under stress

● Logical thinking and analytic ability / skills

● Good organizational and administration skills

● Good written and verbal English language skills
