Job responsibilities:
1. Step 1: 1-2 year lab training to build strong technical foundation knowledge and skills
2. Step 2: Transfer to sales/marketing roles based on individual qualification and interest
3. Make periodic study summary based on different roles
4. Attend in company internal and external competency based trainings
5. Participate in projects based on development plan
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in food science&engineering,nutrition related major, outstanding academic credentials obtained
2. Able to use English as working language
3. Strong professional knowledge and skills
4. Strong creative and innovative thinking skills
5. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
6. Project leading and leadership skills are preferred
7. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, able to multi-tasks, organizes and prioritizes work
